How to use:
TRY IT!
Heat oven to 375°F/190°C. Each pack will season about 750g of chicken, beef, pork or fish.
IT’S EASY!
Empty one pack into plastic bag. Place 1 piece of protein into the bag at a time and gently coat with the mix. When finished coating the pieces discard any unused coating and bag.
Bake at 375°F/190°C on parchment-lined baking sheet until done. Minimum internal temperature - Chicken: 165°F/74°C; Beef: 145°F/63°C; Pork: 160°F/71°C; Fish: 158°F/70°C
ENJOY!
Serve with your favourite Rick’s Rub™ side dishes for a fun and nutritious meal the whole family will love!
