INGREDIENTS:
3 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 Tbs Rick's Rub Moroccan seasoning
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 350F. On a well-greased sheet pan, place chicken and vegetables, lightly tossing with Rick's Rub Moroccan seasoning until evenly coated.
- Bake in oven 30-40 minutes or until cooked through. For a deeper flavour, broil for 2-3 minutes or until edges of peppers become slightly crispy.
Serve with rice, fresh avocado or your favourite fajita toppings, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
