Create juicy and flavourful pork chops with the exotic blend of Moroccan spices.
INGREDIENTS:
2 pork chops, bone-in or boneless
1 tsp Rick’s Rub Moroccan seasoning
METHOD:
- Preheat grill to medium heat
- Sprinkle each pork chop with ½ tsp Rick’s Rub Moroccan seasoning and gently rub until evenly covered
- Place seasoned pork chops onto grill and cook until the meat releases from the grill, about 4 mins. Flip and cook on the other side for another 3 mins. When internal temperature reaches 135F, remove from grill and allow to rest for 10 mins
Serve with rice and a green salad
