For this easy seared Chicken Tenders dinner, you will need 10 chicken tenders, which are found as part of the breast meat and are readily available at most meat counters. Chicken tenders are easy to make and taste great!
INGREDIENTS:
10 chicken tenders
1 Tbs cooking oil
2 Tbs Rick’s Rub Original seasoning
METHOD:
- Place chicken tenders in a bowl with 2 Tbs of Rick’s Rub Original seasoning. Toss to coat and allow to stand for 10 mins
- Heat frying pan over medium heat and add cooking oil to the hot pan
- Saute tenders until golden brown
- Serve hot
Serve with steamed green beans and boiled new potatoes
