
For this easy glazed meatloaf recipe, ask your butcher for ground sirloin. It is a cut of meat from the upper part of the loin, just in front of the round
INGREDIENTS:
2lbs ground sirloin
2 Tbs Rick’s Rub Original seasoning
1 onion, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
½ bunch cilantro, chopped
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup tomato ketchup
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease 9x5 loaf pan or muffin cups
- Mix all ingredients, except ketchup, in a bowl until combined. Shape into a loaf and place into prepared pan. Spread ketchup over top of meatloaf
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 ½ hours or until internal temperature reaches 170F
Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus
